We are specifically focused on investments in the real estate sector and manage these investments within our company on your behalf. This structure offers many advantages when conducted through an asset-managing company. For example, a tax rate of 15% is a significant benefit, among others.

Every option has its advantages and disadvantages, including the decision of whether to hold a property privately or within an asset-managing company. We are happy to advise you on which option makes the most sense for your portfolio.

An asset-managing company benefits from lower taxes (currently 15%) in the area mentioned above, whereas as a private individual you would have to pay significantly higher taxes on the resulting profits.

However, as a private individual, you can sell the property tax-free after 10 years. (According to current case law as of 2026, you may also sell the property tax-free if you can prove that you lived in the property for the two preceding years and are still living in it in the year of sale.) In the case of a GmbH (asset-managing company), the 15% tax always applies in this area.

Therefore, it is important to weigh which properties should be held long-term and which should be resold according to the investment strategy.
